REFUND POLICY

At Mayday Operations LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide quality equipment rental services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our equipment rentals. By booking a rental through our website [Insert Website URL], you agree to this policy.

1. NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED RENTALS

  • All rentals are final and non-refundable once the equipment has been picked up or delivered.

  • We do not provide refunds for unused rental time if the renter returns equipment early.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date: Eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the rental start date: Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start date: No refund will be issued.

  • If you do not pick up the equipment or are unavailable for delivery at the scheduled time, your payment will be forfeited.

3. REFUNDS FOR EQUIPMENT FAILURE

  • If equipment fails due to mechanical issues that were not caused by the renter’s misuse or negligence, we may:

    • Provide a replacement unit (subject to availability).

    • Issue a prorated refund for the unusable rental period.

  • Refunds will not be issued for damages caused by improper use, failure to follow operational guidelines, or user negligence.

4. WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to weather unless extreme conditions make equipment use unsafe.

  • In such cases, we may offer a rental credit for a future date.

5. PROCESSING REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Mayday Operations LLC is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

  • Any disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.
